About Sneha Susan John
A power sector enthusiast with 2+ years of industry experience in Tendering & Bidding for TBCB & B2B power transmission projects in India. My PGP degree in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune has helped me up-skill my position. My current techno-commercial role has widened my perspective of developing an optimized CAPEX for bids. Currently building CAPEX models for a bid pipeline of 30+ projects with CAPEXs worth crores INR - all of this for buidling robust Transmission Systems for meeting our country, India\'s goal of 500 GW of Renewable Energy by the year 2030.My interest in Renewables and Energy Storage found me a brief stint with Pumped Storage Projects where I was part of a Task Force which involved all the Market Intelligence/Analysis and due-diligence which resulted in achieving the Terms of Reference - first level of Environmental Clearance from MoEFCC, in the first go! For the commendable work done on the same, our team was appreciated at the Ministry level and our template was highly praised to be even chosen as a market standard.
