A qualified Chartered Accountant with work experience in the field of business valuations and corporate / transaction tax. More specifically, I have had experience in handling business valuations for various purposes (transactions, tax and regulatory purposes, financial reporting etc.) as well as transaction advisory, routine tax / regulatory advisory, implementation support, compliance assistance, etc. A goal-driven, self-motivated professional with a meticulous and solution-oriented approach. Broad summary of assignments handled so far: Valuation of companies, purchase price allocations, option pricing models. Further, in the past I have structured internal re-organisations, funding advise, due diligences, tax litigation, end-to-end implementation support on various projects, etc. from a tax and regulatory standpoint. I was also seconded to Lightrock Aspada, an impact fund, to assist with valuations and audit closure. I have also been a full time consultant to Capillary Technologies to assist them with their group reorganisation implementation and DRHP. In addition to tax / regulatory skill set developed, other relevant skills include understanding / identifying accounting issues, conducting valuation of companies, preparing financial models and providing inputs on transaction agreements from a tax / business perspective, etc.
