In my current role as a Consultant at Deloitte, I design and deliver effective learning solutions that address the business problems, target audiences, and learning needs of our clients, specializing in Change Management. I collaborate with the Functional Manager and Subject Matter Experts to develop learning and change objectives, create engaging and authoritative training materials, and follow the critical-to-quality (CTQ) measures for each project.With over seven years of experience in instructional designing, content writing and editing, and curriculum development, I have developed extensive qualifications and skills in various domains and platforms. I hold a Master\'s degree in Computer Science and another in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing, which enable me to create error-free content for diverse topics and platforms. I also have expertise in Web-Based Training (WBTs), ILTs, which I use to design and implement interactive and user-friendly learning modules.My goal is to create impactful learning experiences that enhance the performance and potential of learners and clients. I am passionate about applying innovative and research-based instructional strategies to create engaging and effective learning solutions.
