ABOUT SNEHA SAJI

At Perennials and Sutherland LLC, a leader in the international design industry, I manage various aspects of employee relations, such as orientation, onboarding, training, payroll, leave of absence, and conflict management. I also ensure compliance with statutory regulations, such as PF, PT, LWF, and ESI. I have contributed to starting-to-end recruitment, training, engaging, and retaining talent for the organization, and have received positive feedback from both employees and clients. I hold an MBA in HR from Gujarat Technological University and a BBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Navrachana University. These degrees have equipped me with exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or individually. Additionally, I have domain expertise in video editing and resume building, which I use to create engaging and professional content for internal and external communication. I am passionate about learning new skills and enhancing my HR knowledge and practice, and I am always looking for opportunities to grow and excel in my field.
