I regularly interacted with students and parents, patiently understanding their requirements and offering suitable solutions, which strengthened my negotiation and customer-handling skills.This experience enhanced my ability to manage academic operations efficiently, maintain customer relationships, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while balancing responsibility and service quality.
