Currently a BSc Psychology (Honours) student at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), I am deeply curious about the human mind and motivated by a desire to create spaces where healing, growth, and empathy can exist. My primary interests are in clinical psychology and child psychology, especially in understanding how people navigate vulnerability, development, and change.What draws me to clinical and child-focused work is the human side of the field, the chance to listen, understand, and support others with care, while staying grounded in ethics and evidence. I am particularly interested in how early experiences shape emotional well-being and how thoughtful, developmentally sensitive approaches can help build resilience over time.Through experiences in clinical observation, service learning, research exposure, and community engagement, I have developed a reflective and collaborative approach to learning. I enjoy working in environments that are purposeful and dynamic, and I value learning through real, meaningful interactions, whether with individuals, teams, or communities.Alongside academics, I am deeply interested in social work and community mental health, where psychology extends beyond individuals and connects with broader social realities. These experiences have strengthened my belief that mental health care should be accessible, inclusive, and compassionate.What defines me is not just what I want to pursue, but how I pursue it with patience, empathy, and a willingness to listen deeply. I am learning to hold space for complexity: joy and grief, strength and vulnerability, resilience and rest.
