As the Tier II Member Support Engineer I was responsible for performing all technical support tasks and advanced troubleshooting of end-user issues. As part of the team supported all of Evive\'s products, and helped the Tier I Customer Support team by troubleshooting technical issues that come directly from the client and end users. Hence, I was able to collaborate closely with our global team of skilled Engineers and Developers to rapidly resolve software issues and quickly address customer requests.
