Being a HRM and Psychology student, I take a keen interest in human strengths and its development. I tend towards a strength-based approach that often requires unlearning and releasing control. This ties into fruitful, servant leadership (Mk 10:42-45), intentionally helping individuals unravel their purpose. Consequently, it has resulted in a win-win for both, Odessa and the to-be Odessan.All the while, I believe in finding joy in the little things and that. that creates the big picture.Through my 4 years in Odessa (leader in the fintech space), I handled end-end recruitment with complete ownership of niche requirements, garnering deep stakeholder management skills.
