Responsible for managing the end-to-end sales and tendering lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, competitive, and compliant proposals.Key responsibilities include:Managing complete bid processes including opportunity assessment, capture planning, proposal development, and bid submission.Coordinating with cross-functional teams—engineering, procurement, finance, and legal—for accurate and efficient bid preparation.Ensuring adherence to contractual, financial, and statutory compliance during tender formulation.Assessing customer needs, technical specifications, and commercial parameters to ensure alignment with client expectations.Overseeing risk evaluation, pricing strategies, and proposal analytics for global EPC projects.Supporting business growth through strategic insights, stakeholder collaboration, and consistent process improvements.
