Tendering Calculations & optimization of Baker Hughes (former BHGE) multi stage steam turbine up to 100 MW by using company software like STS.• Preparing techno-commercial offer for API & Non API turbines and ensure that all offers are submitted within due date.• To study technical requirements of the customers as per project specifications/ tenders & sort out all the ambiguities after discussing with engineering departments / Customers.• Preparation of purchase requisitions for gear box, lube oil system, mechanical seal, Governor, VMS etc & discuss with vendors to get technically correct offers for all bought out items.• Preparation of Performance curve for steam turbine for straight condensing/back pressure, extraction condensing, bleed, injection etc.• Working Knowledge of preparation of steam balance diagram, heat balance diagram • Providing the Technical Data sheet to Sales department if client ask for steam turbine as per API 612.• Resolving Client Technical Queries on submitted offer.• Working Knowledge of all standard Indian as well as International specs like API, ASME, NEMA,ASTM,EIL, Saudi Armco etc.• Helping marketing team to gather project related necessary inputs.• Coordination with Nuovo Pignone Italy team as and when required for technical clarification.• Review of Vendor documents like data sheets, drawings, P & ID, etc for getting the accurate vendor offer for BOP’s• Participation in pre order & post order technical meeting with clients and finalize technical proposal and relevant scope of supply.• Participate technical clarification meetings with customers as and when required and finalize technical proposal and relevant scope of supply.• Coordinate with costing team and work out competitive prices against the offered scope of supply.• Conduct the order transfer meeting (OTM) after receipt of order and hand over it for execution team.
