I am a part of Market Risk Department of HDFC Bank managing ALM Risk. The role covers review of ALM policies and limit packages, defining the risk appetite framework, conducting behavioral studies, building stress testing models and analyzing the Liquidity and Balance sheet positions and movements. Further the role involves appraising the senior management through ALCO, ICAAP, RPMC and Board presentations about liquidity position of the Bank.Prior to joining HDFC Bank, I was a part of Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) Practice of Ernst and Young - LLP India for over 3 years predominantly working on ALM, Liquidity Risk, IRRBB, Treasury and Market risk advisory projects for public and private banks in India, Small Finance Banks and Payment Banks.
