Through determination and strategic scaling, I grew the business from managing a single property to a portfolio of nearly 100 properties, generating multi-8 figures/year in revenue. In 2023, I made the pivotal decision to leave my role as Head of Talent & People Operations at Cortex to fully dedicate myself to the growth and success of this venture.
