I\'m a data science/ML engineer and leader. I\'m on a mission to improve the lives of people using my skills. I solve problems in a principled manner. I\'m a strong listener with a knack to identify and solve the correct problems. My vision extends beyond the MVP - to the final goal that adds most value to the company and to the people\'s overall wellness.I\'m working on theory and practice of statistical ML, DL, NLP. The tool was actively used by senior leadership (CEO, SVP.)2) Prevented 2 product recalls by designing evidence-based responses to the FDA related to critical device failure modes3) Championed a bottom-up project drivel by machine learning and optimization that led to 80% increase in HCP conversion for sales representatives4) Developed and deployed an explainable ML based pipeline for predicting personalized attrition scores and forecasting total patient attrition5) Decreased Customer Support workload by ~80% by automatically tagging customer complaints from audio calls using Speech-to-Text (STT) and Large Language Models (LLMs)6) Published 2 abstracts and 1 full manuscript related to Real World Evidence at Conferences of significance in Diabetes Management
