Client : South Oil Company ( Ministry of Oil )- IRAQ Key elements of the Projects Asset projects are projects executed in support of the existing Majnoon Asset in Operation. PfA projects constitute one of the Majnoon opportunity streams called ‘Sustain Production’. Projects managed by the PfA organization are managed from initiation to handover to the Asset for Operations. Hence, the PfA organization covers the full Assess, Select, Define, Execute phases of a project. Projects managed by the PfA organization are developed using a scaled version of the ORS and the Project Standards, Responsibility and achievements: • A scaled version of the Opportunity Realization Standards (ORS) and a workflow for the delivery • Implementation of applicable Project Standards and Project Guides • A scaled Governance and Assurance process based on the existing structure and organization within Majnoon • Project deliverables required from critical functions i.e HSSE & SP, Project Management, Engineering, Project Services, Contracting & Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Start-up, IM, IT, Finance • The Roadmap selection is based on project CAPEX, on the project complexity and on whether a solution has been identified prior to the start of the project.
