Product leader at the intersection of experimentation, analytics, and AI, passionate about building and scaling products and product teams that solve real customer problems to deliver real-world impact.I currently lead product for Optimizely’s Feature Experimentation, Analytics, and Developer Experience solutions, empowering product, marketing, engineering, and data science teams to safely release new features (feature management/flagging), scale testing efforts (experimentation), confidently measure success with statistical rigor (advanced statistics), and amplify learnings (analytics)- all accelerated by AI.This includes owning the developer-facing platform: the SDKs, APIs, and Experimentation Data Pipeline that power how engineering teams instrument, integrate, and operationalize experimentation at scale across their infrastructure.Beyond the product work, I\'m deeply invested in growing the next generation of product talent. I lead a team of Product Managers and Statisticians, and actively mentor PMs across the organization, helping them sharpen their product thinking, develop their careers, and raise the bar on craft and execution.Previously at WorkBoard, I led product for OKRs, long-range strategy, and generative AI - bringing 0–1 solutions to market, embedding AI into key workflows, and enabling millions of users to better align and execute on their strategies. Earlier in my career, I advised Fortune 500 leadership teams (executives ranging from SVPs to CxOs) on strategy execution and how to mobilize strategies across the enterprise.From 0–1 innovation to scaling mature product lines, I bring a hands-on, outcome-driven approach to building AI, analytics, and enterprise software that users love.
