ABOUT SNAPPER HALL

I have worked with DSV Solutions (formally Standard Corporation and then UTi) for 29 years. During my first 8 years with the company I performed many different functions. I began in 1995 as a general warehouse associate operating machinery and using material handling equipment producing a Flow Improver for ConocoPhillips in Lugoff, SC. During this time I gradually moved into Inventory and Quality roles and also learned how to use SAP. In early 2004, I transferred to another UTi site in Lugoff, SC and began as a Metrics Resource and then eventually moved into the Quality role. On a daily basis I performed many different tasks in Human Resources, Safety and Quality. During this time I lead our Safety Team and our Continuous Improvement Team in monthly meetings and audits. I also helped in our Human Resource department a great deal scheduling interviews, performing interviews & participating in job fairs. These are just a few of the tasks I have assisted with. I also help with our yearly United Way campaign. I get to wear quite a few hats!In mid 2007, I had the oppurtunity to help UTi\'s Implementation Team with a new start-up in SC. During the start up I assisted with warehouse, Quality and HR related functions. Since then I have participted multiple start-ups and assisted at many sites across the US. In 2008 I had the amazing oppurtunity to travel to Belgium for a month and assist with one of our Euorpean clients! I accepted the position as Human Resources Manager in July 2011 at a DSV facility in Lugoff, SC and worked there for 8 years growing and strengthening my HR skills. In September 2019, I accepted the role as HR Project Manager in which I travel to new DSV locations across the US and participate in the implementation of those locations.I have had quite a bit of experience over the years in several different areas. I really value that because I have never had that \"in a rut\" feeling and there are always new challenges around the corner. Over the past 29 years, I have met many great people and had so many wonderful oppurtunities! I have truely enjoyed the amazing ride!
