   As Manager of Data Analytics at MeridianLink’s Analytics Practice, I directly manage a team of analysts while overseeing the operations of a department spanning multiple analytics functions. I provide monthly revenue reporting that equips senior leadership with actionable insights to guide strategy and operational priorities. I manage project kickoffs, prioritize deliverables, and allocate resources to maximize team productivity and client impact. I spearhead client onboarding, aligning project timelines with internal operations to ensure smooth launches and strong client experiences. I also lead consultative conversations with clients to explore how the Analytics Practice can best support their institutions’ lending goals, aligning analytics solutions with strategic objectives. To further strengthen results, I lead a monthly review process that identifies discrepancies and ensures clients not only meet but exceed project goals. I also design and refine reporting frameworks that provide banks and credit unions greater visibility into their lending performance by leveraging credit bureau data to highlight outcomes, empowering institutions to better understand lost opportunities and take actionable steps to increase portfolio growth.In addition to these responsibilities, I have developed reporting frameworks that increased efficiency by more than 50%, created real-time monitoring capabilities for analytics projects where none previously existed, and built an ROI framework that allows prospective clients to clearly understand the monetary impact of deploying our analytics projects.
