Channel Management | Strategy | P&L: Liasoning, engaging and strategizing with business heads, central product teams and insurance partners to drive business, increasing revenue, identify white spaces/business opportunities to positively impact the bank’s bottom line through insurance business.Identifying/reporting and sharing key metrics/data insights to business verticals for corrective actions and business drive.Onboarding new insurance partners and developing distribution strategies including but not limited to channel selection, product selection and revenue structure.New Product Development:Negotiation/analytics related to current rates/products offered vis a vis new rates/products, competition and market research, providing inputs for better/final decision-making regarding rates/products and revenue.Post rates/product finalization, ensuring launch of product including setting up the processes, float transfer, new master policy creation, liasoning with relevant stakeholders/ bank teams to ensure product launch.Post launch activities including driving business objectives intended from the product launch, taking corrective actions and product trainings.Tech Strategy & Development:Leading a squad of developers and planning, strategizing and executing developments of the new products as per the system/tech requirements.Process Management:Streamlining/monitoring process related to pendency, issuance, UTRs to reduce and address customer service escalations.Identifying system related issues and getting them resolved to smoothen and streamline the processes.Regulatory, Compliance & Audit:Coordinating/arranging/preparation for audit, audit related queries and deliverables for the audits taking place for different verticals.Implementing changes including but not limited to regulatory guidelines of IRDAI/insurance partners.Negotiating/discussing SLA/SOPs with insurance partners for various processes/actionable and ensuring implementation.
