ABOUT SHANAE SHARON
My personal mission is to educate, entertain and empower youth through integrated arts programming that supports core curriculum subjects in schools and community settings. I begin working in arts education in 2006 and I have worked with students K-12 and also at the collegiate level. I particularly enjoy working with high school aged teens. My primary artistic discipline is theater arts and I have worked as a writer, director and actress in the field. I have also trained classroom teachers on how to integrate the arts into their curriculum and build after school arts programming.Additionally, I have a solid background in Marketing, Communications and Public Relations. I accept clients for independent freelance projects for publicity, marketing, grant writing, and event planning/coordination primarily in the entertainment, non-profit and/or small business sector.
