I am a competent and result-oriented IT Analyst, enthusiastic to be associated with an organization which provides ample scope for Business Analysis to optimize resources, increase efficiency and contribute to the successful growth of the organization. I have over 7 years of experience as a proficient Business Analyst. My last role was at MillerCoors as a Sr. Business Process Partner wherein I was an IT lead/liaison on number of projects that supported HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning and Real Estate. The most critical project that I was proud to be a key member of, was the implementation of Success Factors suite which included Employee Central, Learning, Compensation and Recruiting modules. I also have experience working as a Quality Analyst with practical knowledge of manual and automated testing using tools like HP ALM, Quick Test Pro and Load Runner.
