About Smriti

Have 5+ years of experience working in Project Management and Operations. Been part of Project Management/Operation team where the key activities were-(1) Project development management.(2) Resource Planning/Allocation.(3) Invoicing/Budgeting/Pricing. I have the experience of working in agile based Project development model which includes activities like sprint planning, sprint retrospective, and daily scrums.As part of Operations team have handled 3 projects at a time and with key activities that included Budgeting and Forecasting of resources using pricing tools like MMP, MME and MMS(Salesforce). Have met the resource demand under Resource Management for client using Company based internal tool and In-company hiring. I possess strong leadership skills, meeting the Ad-hoc work requirements of clients on time and have handled 5+ associates so far.
