Functional Consultant with almost 7 years of experience in the IT industry with domain knowledge in Insurance, Healthcare and Life-Sciences. Worked as Manager with Hdfc Life\'s Sales and Distribution unit which used to liaison with tech and key account teams. My role primarily included creating BRDs, demonstrating customer journeys and undertaking process improvements for key partnerships. I have worked on numerous Digital Transformation projects involving third party integrations, supporting data exchange through cloud and web services for one of the insurance clients based out of Mumbai location. As a part of my stint in Life Sciences, I have exposure to Site Investigator platform (Cognizant\'s inhouse product Shared Investigator Platform), CRO and CTMS. I have worked with European and North America based Pharmaceutical Companies in Clinical Trials, Digital Transformation and Commercial space. In my current role, i also handle research projects, responding to RFPs and POVs. I completed my MBA in Financial Services in 2017. Prior to my MBA, i was working with Unitedhealth Group as a Test Analyst.
