Smriti is a passionate product leader with 20+ years of versatile experience in the IT industry (BFSI domain) mostly in the world of Product management/Business analysis. Smriti has a Masters degree in IT (Symbiosis, Pune). Additionally, her strong aspiration to excel in product management led her to pursue a 2 years Masters course in Product Leadership in 2021. She is specialized in designing, developing and implementing digital banking solutions keeping customer at the heart of every solution.
