Hired by the ToukanLabs to deliver their flagship OpenEyes Enterprise ophthalmology product to circa 20 customers including Moorfields Eye Hospital, Wales National Ophthalmology solution, Optegra (Vision Express) and NewMedica (Specsavers). The projects include setting up a new infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS based on a SAAS solution, migration of customers from datacentres to AWS platform, deployment on in-house infrastructure and connectivity using VPN and HSCN- Scope included working with clients to design customised clinical & functional solutions, delivery of the development of required change, organising test resources, and dealing with End User Acceptance Testing- Worked on the full project lifecycle encompassing all steps from project initiation to post Go-Live Hypercare- Project delivery included interface development for PAS (HL-7), medical devices and custom document management solutions- Created detailed plans, project delivery, data migrations, dress rehearsals, Go-Live and Hypercare, encompassing both the IT and clinical activities Other daily activities include dealing with customer issues escalated through the support helpdesk- Customer Pricing and managing delivery for requests for change, development, data migrations and cloud infrastructure solutions, including providing delivery plans to clients.
