As a part of the Global IT team I am in charge of the technical strategy and roadmap for the global eServices ecosystem for Roche Diagnostics.\\\\n\\\\nDuring 2020 we have totally rearchitected DiaLog core functionality and created the basic governance to make the ecosystem scalable and flexible to accommodate hundreds of eServices. We rebuilt the portal and launched a totally new version for 50 affiliates in 37 languages.\\\\n\\\\nMain responsibilities:\\\\n- Anticipate future DiaLog needs and liaise with business for requirements gathering\\\\n- Consult business stakeholders about technical topics\\\\n- Create DiaLog technical high level roadmap and align with business priorities\\\\n- In general, serve as liaison between Solution Architects, Support, Project Management and Business\\\\n- Assist in implementing Agile processes\\\\n- Identify roadblocks for solution delivery, drive discussions and follow up till complete removal\\\\n- Define scope of eServices technical Governance and align with business Governance\\\\n- Drive discussion and collect different parts of technical Governance\\\\n- Communicate and educate eServices owners and developers about technical Governance\\\\n- Consult eServices developers in Governance topics\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
