Many engineering organizations invest heavily in cloud, tooling, and architecture - yet still struggle to deliver software effectively.I focus on improving how software is actually delivered, not just how it is designed.I operate at the intersection of platform engineering, developer productivity, and AI-native software development, driving improvements in- delivery throughput and reliability - cognitive load for engineering teams - bottlenecks across architecture, tooling, and workflows - internal platforms that enable teams rather than constrain them Over the past decade at AWS, I’ve worked with large-scale engineering organizations in complex environments - driving platform strategy, cloud-native architectures, and engineering transformation beyond individual teams.My approach combines deep technical expertise with system-level thinking- aligning platform capabilities with organizational structures - improving engineering effectiveness across the full software lifecycle - enabling teams to build and operate distributed systems at scale More recently, I’ve been focusing on how AI changes the way software is built - shifting developer workflows, platform design, and the role of engineering organizations.I also share insights on platform engineering, AI in software development, and real-world system behavior through technical content and talks.I focus on improving engineering organizations as systems - not just their architecture.
