   Maintain processes for all production work: • Developed studio and post-production applications (via Applescript) that increased productivity to a calculated savings of nearly half a million dollars in one year while also allowing the creative teams to produce a higher quality product. • Through the continued creation of actions, scripts and custom Photoshop panels led the team to beat our Service Level Agreement for each of the last seven years. • July 2015 - Overlay action set was created and distributed for team use. Overlay actions were devised as a means to get ultimate cropping consistency within product imagery. General guidelines were used previously but still resulted in crop inconsistency. New direction was necessary to continue to elevate the look and experience of our website. • July 2015 - Distributed a custom Photoshop retouching panel that consolidated the product retouch process into a single panel. This is being used by the full-time team to get better consistency in retouch work, consolidate all actions into a single location and to aid in efficient training of new retouchers and freelancers. Manage and maintain all technology which is used to store, access and deliver digital assets for production work: • Maintain two servers with access by teams in Madison, WI and New York, NY. • Maintain the Digital Asset Management system which consists of three catalogs of 2.5 million+ images and videos. • Manage usage rights for all content and educate users regarding these usage limitations. • Manage archiving of all assets and file purging based on a defined schedule. • Educate all users on best practices with the Digital Asset Management system.Retouch product and editorial imagery for use on the websites.Continue to be a leader amongst people. Share my knowledge of processes and regulations that I have gained over the past ten years.
