I care deeply about finding the balance between real user needs and real business goals.I believe good design starts with empathy. My work is grounded in understanding how people think, feel, and make decisions especially in complex or high‑stakes moments. I enjoy turning messy, complicated problems into experiences that feel intuitive and calm.Over the years, I’ve designed for desktop, mobile, tablet, TV, and kiosks, working through discovery, framing, and design thinking. My experience spans e‑commerce, airlines, payments, CRM, project management, and e‑learning, always with a focus on usability, clarity, and impact.I’m a Human Factors International (HFI) certified Interaction Designer with an M.Sc. in Psychology and an M.Sc. in Information Technology.
