   Staffing Partner and Team Lead for Student Internship Programs and Employee On-boarding for all organizations at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. On-board 300 to 400+ students each summer and 30 to 50 students throughout the year. Partner with the following organizations for students, events and on-boarding, Engineering, Computation, Physical and Life Sciences, Operations and Business, Global Security, National Ignition Facility and Weapons and Integration Complex. Consistently focus on creative and more efficient system and process improvements. In 2013 proposed to DOE to allow \"recent grads\" be eligible into the student program. This was a significant win for both students and hiring organizations, making the Lab more competitive with other companies. Created a \"Mentor Briefing\" to assist mentors prepare and create a consistent experience for all students. Due to the complexity of the student hiring process, created a new model for assisting organizations with the administration process for hiring students. Created an overall presentation that would be used at each organization. This gave a more targeted and consultative approach to each organization. Oversee and organize the various summer institutional events,(e.g. Meet the Director, Student BBQ, Student Poster Symposium) and other smaller events. Administer the student program according to DOE requirements and provide input and data to the yearly DOE report. As an enthusiastic supporter of student education, I am proud of managing a successful and cohesive team that strives to make a better student program each year.
