About Smit Sardhara
I’m a Master’s student in Engineering Management at Syracuse University with a focus on Supply Chain, Operations, and Continuous Improvement. I bring a strong analytics background, supported by hands-on experience with Statistics, Excel, Power BI, MySQL, and Minitab to solve operational challenges through data-driven insights.I currently serve as a Teaching Assistant for two professors in Operations & Supply Chain Management and Lean Six Sigma courses, where I mentor student teams on DMAIC projects and support analytical coursework. This role has strengthened my ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and apply structured problem-solving in practical settings.I have worked on Lean Six Sigma projects, production analysis, inventory optimization, and demand forecasting, applying structured methodologies to reduce waste, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance inventory visibility. I enjoy building KPI dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting tools that help teams make faster and more informed decisions.I thrive in cross-functional environments and approach projects with a practical, results-driven mindset. My goal is to contribute to building reliable, efficient, and scalable supply chain and logistics systems, while continuing to grow in roles across operations, process improvement, logistics management, and supply chain strategy.
