I sternly believe that leadership doesn\'t require any degree/validation, but is intrinsic to people. I aspire to use my leadership skills, to improve the scenario of social entrepreneurship through effective management & communication strategies. I\'ve been a Summer intern in the UN national volunteership programme & have worked for local NGOS of Odisha as a student ambassador, organised seminars & talks ( in niyatee foundation & help age india). My goal is to create innovative solutions to complex problems by connecting people through creative means & thereby solve the prevailing social predicaments india has been grappling with since years.
