About Andrea Smith
We help Specialty Physician Practices grow by implementing a patient centric social media strategy that attracts more ideal patients and builds trust within the community. Our strategies are based on research of the community, the ideal client profile, and the specialty itself. We find many physician practices are overwhelmed with documentation, the ever changing regulations, the churn of staff, and just the busyness of running a practice in general. The clutter of all of these other important tasks makes maintaining a social media presence near impossible, and if it\'s happening, it is not as strategic as it needs to be! Andrea worked in healthcare strategy teams for the last 10 years in the largest health system in Grand Rapids, MI. She has worked with many specialty physicians and their practices as well as patients throughout her career in healthcare.
