Lead the delivery of a new accredited Master of Business for Veterans (MBV) degree program at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, the 17th ranked business school in the United States. Additionally, serve as the inaugural Executive Director of Veterans’ Initiatives for the entire university. Manage 3 direct reports and annual budget responsibility of approximately $1M. • Expanded the MBV program, now in its second academic year, from 30 to 45 students (+50% YoY), with conservative projections to expand to 60 students by year three. All indications point to the program being profitable in its first year, a significant achievement for a new Master’s program.• Manage key relationships with U.S. Special Operations Command, the 75th Ranger Regiment, the Global Special Operations Foundation, Three Rangers Foundation, and The Honor Foundation.
