ABOUT MADELINE SMITH
Hi! My name is Madeline, and I am in my final year of Mechanical Engineering at McMaster University. I am passionate about learning, and I enjoy the problem-solving and critical thinking that is cultivated in my program. Through McMaster’s co-op program, I have been fortunate to gain 24 months of relevant work experience in three different industries. These experiences have given me a taste of possible career paths and have aligned with my academic interests in mechanics, design, and thermo-fluid sciences. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading fiction novels, and doing jigsaw puzzles. I also enjoy being involved in the student community, so I am part of several teams and clubs outside of class.
