I started my working career in the sport and leisure industry in 1996 at Kennet Leisure Centre. From here I experienced other locations and workplaces before returning as Operations Manager at Kennet Leisure Centre.My role as Operations Manager confirmed my natural flair for health and safety and long term planning, which lead me to a career change.I changed career to join the NHS as a Health and Safety Trainer with the view to becoming a subject matter expert, which I achieved when I secured a role of Health and Safety Advisor and then my current role of Fire Safety Manager.In January 2013 I decided to start my owner business offering Fire Safety Management, Advice and Training. This was when LS Fire Solutions was established.
