Gregg Smith is the Chief Executive Officer of Smartfi Home Loans, LLC.Gregg’s experience in the mortgage industry began in 1995, when he founded Access National Mortgage, one of the first online mortgage companies. Under Gregg’s leadership, the company grew from a small brokerage operation to one of the top five online lenders. In Gregg sold Access National Mortgage to Webster Bank, remaining as president of the new entity.Gregg has been in the mortgage lending, finance and residential building industry for over 20 years. Gregg served on the Board of Directors of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA) and was a member of the Mortgage Bankers of America (MBA) Residential Loan Production Steering Committee.
