   Currently working primarily Surface Land Negotiations in Wyoming with private landowners as well as local, state and federal governmental agencies for on-going operations, future development planning and acquisition / divestiture related activities in cross-functional teams to do the following simultaneously: o Planning and executing all surface use agreements necessary for maintaining a multiple rig drilling program.o Supporting all field operations in infrastructure planning, construction and maintenance activities.o Reducing surface costs in the PRB through negotiations and statistical modelling of current & future expenses.o Coordinating with mineral land group to facilitate fee leasing and lease requests.o Working with Land Analysis team on data clean up and process improvement efforts for the land organization.o Working to continually plug & abandon conventional & coal bed methane wells and infrastructure.o Actively involved in local & state political processes affecting oil & gas development in the Powder River Basin and throughout Wyoming as well as helping Devon to greater support the communities in which we operate.
