As a sales and purchasing manager at Shine Insulation and Pavansut Minerals, I manage the operations of two companies in the minerals and refractory/insulation industries. I oversee the production, quality, and export of raw materials such as kaolin (china clay), feldspar, quartz, ball clay, calcined alumina, and bauxite, as well as refractory and insulation products such as bricks, mortar, castable, and cement. With the help of my team, I have successfully increased the sales and market share of both companies, secured multiple large contracts with domestic and international clients, and established long-term relationships with suppliers and distributors. I have also contributed to the development and implementation of new strategies and solutions to optimize the efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction of both businesses. In addition to my work experience, I pursued a bachelor of technology degree in instrumentation and control engineering at Dharmsinh Desai University, where I am learning the principles and applications of sensors, controllers, and systems for industrial automation and control. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to enhance the quality and performance of the products and processes in the minerals and refractory/insulation industries.
