People often ask me, “Why did you choose Human Resources as your profession?” My response remains, that I’ve been fascinated by the evolution of the people function and how it can contribute to creating value for top and bottom line growth. More so lately, where talent is centerstage to any business\'s success, I continue to stay curious and excited about the immense possibilities that the people function can explore to co-create the future of work, talent, and the related ecosystem for an even better world. And drive transformation in learning, talent, and leadership for both the organization’s and employee’s success.
