I am a procurement leader with 16+ years of experience in strategic and tactical sourcing of non-IT goods and services across various sectors, such as Management Consulting, Retail, Telecom, and Facilities Management. I currently head the procurement function for India at CBRE, one of the world\'s largest commercial real estate services and investment firms, handling a spend of INR 150 crores. My core competencies include spend analysis, cost reduction, contract management, supplier relationship management, inventory management, process and audit compliance, and group synergies. I have a proven track record of reducing costs and improving efficiencies through business process re-engineering, commercial negotiations, reverse auction, e-bidding, and benchmarking of best practices. I have also successfully managed complex projects, such as optic fiber cable laying, and received the Service Excellence Award for completing the ISO audit within timelines and helping other team members achieve their targets. I hold an MBA in Marketing, a Graduate Diploma in Materials Management, and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
