At Kelp, I lead the Learning Solutions function for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Leadership Development, and Wellness. My role focuses on aligning learning initiatives with business needs, driving cultural transformation, and enabling inclusive, future-ready workplaces.Key Responsibilities:Lead the DEI and other learning verticals, including leadership learning, wellness, and behavioural skills.Partner with client organisations to understand their unique needs and design customised, end-to-end learning solutions.Spearhead diagnostics (e.g, surveys, focus groups, stakeholder interviews) to identify learning gaps and organisational climate.Conduct policy and communication reviews to ensure alignment with inclusive practices.Design and deliver engaging and evidence-based training for both internal stakeholders and external client organisations.Develop comprehensive learning journeys that include pre/post assessments, nudges, toolkits, and impact measurement.Create innovative learning products and offerings tailored to organisational maturity and sectoral context.Build facilitator and trainer capabilities through internal train-the-trainer programs.Collaborate with senior leaders to position learning as a strategic lever for culture change and employee development.Contribute to thought leadership and represent Kelp at industry forums, client discussions, and DEI networks.
