Over two years, I lost 20 kg and underwent a transformation that not only reshaped my body but also revitalized my mind and spirit. This journey taught me that true transformation comes from within, and it’s about building strength, resilience, and self-belief.At 46, I’m proud to be a fit mom, showing that age is no barrier to achieving your fitness goals. One of the highlights of my journey was securing a spot in the Top 20 of Fittr\'s global Transformation Challenge 21, competing against participants from around the world.To deepen my knowledge, I pursued a Diploma in Nutrition and Fitness from INFS, which I completed with dedication and focus.
