Preparing planning for new jobs and maintaining it within workshop to achieve delivery dates. To check for any material pending to order or any new change in drawing and to inform same to stores to order. Material follow up with vendors and internal store persons for jobs allocated to us. Coordination with client for weekly progress and to fulfill other requirements from them. Production planning with internal production team and internal manpower adjustments. Internal work progress follow up department wise. To stay in touch with Design team for any missing detail in drawing for expedition of job without any hurdles. To stay continues inline with external contractor for expidating of jobs given to them. Follow up with external vendors for machining items given to them for expidating job without hurdles. Meetings with clients during their visits to plant regarding work progress for their jobs. To visit vendors if major delays from them in any material or job work items. Follow up with design team regarding drawing submission and approval status for jobs assigned to us. Inline with QC team for raising TPI calls for FDI, Hydro and IBR as per production schedule. House keeping, safety and discipline maintaining in workshop Night manpower planning with production team on daily basis. Dispatch planning and loading with riggers for jobs assigned to us.
