   At ProPeers I worked as a Product Designer, helping the team redesign the product so it’s easier for people to learn, grow and connect with peers.1. Understanding the product & goalsI first spent time using the product myself, talking with the founders and understanding what they wanted to achieve as a startup – better onboarding, higher engagement and a clearer value for users.2. Learning from real usersI spoke with users, looked at feedback and checked which screens had the most drop-offs. This helped me see where people were confused, what they loved and what they were missing.3. Defining the main problemsFrom this, I listed clear problems to solve: complex onboarding, too many steps to discover skills and roadmaps, and not enough clarity around community / peer interactions.4. Planning the new experienceI mapped user journeys from sign-up to active member, created simple flows, and planned how the navigation, pages and states should look so users always know “what to do next”.5. Designing and prototypingI redesigned key screens (onboarding, dashboard, skills, bootcamps, community) in Figma, created interactive prototypes and shared them with the team for feedback and quick iterations.6. Creating a small design systemTo keep everything consistent, I set up a basic design system with colours, typography, buttons, inputs and reusable components so future features could be designed and built faster.7. Working with developers & measuring impactI prepared detailed handoff files, explained edge cases and worked closely with developers during implementation. After launch we saw smoother onboarding, better feature discovery and higher user activity on important sections.
