Practice college teaching as an act of rebellion against protecting things that don\'t work. Provide opportunities for students to become innovators who are responsible for the extent of \"investment\"​ into their own learning. Structure class as a network/flat structure, a form of a startup, where students share a profound sense of impossibility, yet move on to solve unprecedented problems. Develop high performers who break away from conventions. Understand that failure is the necessary consequence of the creative process in today\'s globalizing market. Produce the product that is good because the process is not either easy or predictable. Create entrepreneurial class culture to support entrepreneurship as a lifestyle. Use individual soft skills for individualized professionalization.
