A big fan of collaboration and brain-storming, I have a weird love of white boarding ideas!I\'ve been knee deep on the Insurtech/Tech side of the industry since I started in the industry and have seen what you should. and also what you shouldn\'t do!My drive to learn about my clients\' personal and professional goals gives me a deep understanding of what people need - and what they don\'t need - in order to make them and their businesses operate and ultimately look better.I try to give back as much as I can to the insurance industry which ultimately showed me what working for enjoyment is all about.
