Managing the planning, organizing and delivery of programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the Consortium and priorities of the work group · Developing new approaches, methods or programs that further advance the mission and goals of the Consortium· Collaborating and coordinating with key stakeholders such as work group co-chairs and state agency partners to implement funded projects· Overseeing project expenses and budgets· Participating in external events, coalition or partner meetings to facilitate implementation of opioid crisis mitigation strategies, to help build local program capacity to deliver those strategies, to provide technical assistance, and to link local partners to available state and federal resources· Initiating improvements in workflow and processes to create efficiencies· Other duties including but not limited to: interim provider education workgroup management, and support for transition of cme providers, consulting on the transition of benzo modules; xylazine resources website project; management of intern for short term project; support for the virtual side of the Consortium’s annual meeting.· Currently managing the following workgroups and priority areas: Prescription Drug Monitoring Program Advisory Group, Benzodiazepine Action Work Group, Criminal Justice Initiatives including Fentanyl Response and Assisting Jails with MOUD, Black Community efforts, and the Faith and Culture priority
