I provide valuation advice to commercial real estate funders and investors throughout Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire and the North East of England. In addition to standing investments, my expertise extends to all forms of development situations and modelling of asset management initiatives. In addition to my day-to-day work advising clients, I create bespoke valuation models and tools for use by colleagues throughout CBRE. I also represent CBRE on the RICS’ valuation forum concerning valuation tools and systems as well as being an integral part of CBRE’s Discounted Cash Flow best practice group, with a primary focus on maintaining a library of best practice guidelines on the subject.
