Federally, this has included four years as an Associate at the Council on Foreign Relations. I have served entities and offices in Congress and the Executive branch with operations both domestic and abroad. I have worked with UNHCR, NSC, DOS, interagency partners, FEMA, and DOD, state officials and executives in private industry examining or resolving organizational problems, growing visionary programs, enhancing ethical compliance, and achieving programming excellence. I spot liabilities before they become problems or help resolve them if they do. I help organizations grow in keeping with their values, objectives, statutes, or mandates.Specialized Knowledge Areas : Federal Oversight, Program Evaluation, Advising, Change Management, Enhancing Interagency Global Interoperability, Humanitarian Migration (SIV (translators) and SIJ, Refugees, Asylees), Equititable Access, Disaster and Protection Program Refinement, and Federal Relationship Management.Committed to serving in Board roles and Chaplaincy in the community.**Views expressed on Linkedin are my own and not that of my employer.
