Create reports and profitability analysis for clients, and internal stakeholders. • Work with internal sectors; Finance, IT, and the field on testing & implementation of Phase II of Data Warehouse project to provide one P&L per client for Sr. Executives • Coordinate and reconcile inter-company commission transactions with Compass. • Prepare accurate and timely Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) • Develop and implement pricing packages and create trending analysis for clients, National Account Directors, and internal requests as needed. • Manage effective communication with National Account Managers, branch management and client contacts. • Create accurate and timely ad-hoc report requests from clients and Senior Financial Analyst. • Ensure the setup of assigned clients is correct to reduce and/or eliminate order adjustments and inaccurate client reporting. • All client commission payments and reporting is accurate and delivered to National Account Director(s) and clients by specified due dates each period. • All intercompany commission transfers to sector partners are balanced internally and submitted for processing to finance along with appropriate backup by due dates. • All ad-hoc financial analysis and/or assigned projects are completed and delivered by prior agreed-upon due dates.
